Please check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If damage is found, we recommend writing up a damage report with the courier - this will facilitate the consideration of a possible complaint, although it is not a condition for reporting it.
§ 6. Right to withdraw from the contract
The Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the time limit14 dayswithout giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs indicated below. The deadline is counted from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply inform us of your decision by making an unambiguous statement by telephone at:+48 45 104 05 40or by e-mail tosales@filmfy.eu. The goods must be returned immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
We refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest usual method offered by the Seller).immediately, no later than within 14 daysfrom receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or the Consumer supplies evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement uses the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Right of withdrawalis entitled to the full extentin relation tostandard (catalogue) products, which means all ready-made sizes available in the Store's catalog at the time of purchase. The seller does not maintain a separate, closed list of dimensions for this purpose - a standard product is each ready-made catalog item, regardless of its dimensions. The consumer may withdraw from such a contract within 14 days without giving a reason, also when the mat is physically cut from a roll.
According toart. 38 section 1 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Actright of withdrawaldoes not applyin relation to a contract in which the subject of the service is "non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs". The exclusion covers thisindividual products, meaning products made to parameters specified by the Customer, particularly width, length, diameter, shape, corner radius or edge finish. Classification depends on how the item is created: an item selected from the catalogue remains standard, while an item configured by the Customer is made to specification. Full details are in the Returns and complaints policy.
If the Seller has not informed the Consumer about the right to withdraw from the contract, the deadline for withdrawal is extended and expires after12 monthsfrom the date of expiry of the basic 14-day period. If the Consumer was informed about this right before the expiry of this period, the 14-day period runs from the date of providing the information.
Voluntary return of an individual product
Despite the lack of a statutory right to withdraw from the contract, the Seller voluntarily allows the Consumer to return a properly made individual product within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
An individual product is considered to be a product made according to the parameters specified by the Customer, in particular dimensions, diameter, shape, corner radius or finishing method.
If you use the voluntary return of an individual product, the Seller returns it75% of the price of the returned product. The remaining 25% of the price of this product is non-refundable under this voluntary policy. The direct cost of returning the product to the Seller is borne by the Customer. This rule applies only to individual items - catalog items in the same order are settled according to the statutory principles described above.
The voluntary return policy for individual products does not limit the Consumer's statutory rights in the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
If the product is inconsistent with the contract, was not manufactured in accordance with a properly placed order or has a defect, the case is considered in accordance with the statutory complaint rules described in § 7 - without 25% deduction and without charging the Consumer with the cost of returning it.
§ 7. Complaints - non-compliance of the goods with the contract
